STORM (video)'s Story...
Hi there, I'm Storm! I'm a 2-year-old spayed female purebred Husky. I weigh 41 pounds. I'm current on my vaccines and I'm also microchipped. I'm an extremely sweet and affectionate gal. I love to give kisses, and I can't get enough pets and belly rubs from my human friends. I love hanging out with my doggy friends, too! My outer beauty is clearly apparent, and I have a charming personality to match.

Not much is known about my past. When I was turned in to the South LA pound, I already had a microchip, so the staff thought I might have had an owner. I waited in my cage at the shelter for someone to come and claim me, but no one came. I was so bummed. But then one day about two weeks later, my luck changed. Some kind volunteers took notice of me and told CageFree about my plight. The next thing I knew I was in a car on my way to their facility. I felt so lucky! As soon as I got here, I made friends with the staff. They're all so nice to me, giving me pets and taking me on walks. I always make sure to let them know how much I appreciate the attention by showering them with kisses!

I'm an all-around fantastic dog who truly deserves a forever home to call my own. So if you've seen my photos and video, stared into my beautiful blue eyes, and you're convinced that I belong in your family, please don't hesitate to contact CageFree and arrange a visit. I'll be waiting patiently!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

STORM (video), a Los Angeles Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
