My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Penelope Lovely-Belle. Her former people named her Fugly and surrendered her to us because they no longer wanted her. When she came to us - she was terrified. Her nails were overgrown and she was covered with fleas. It was clear she had spent her life as an outdoor dog and not very loved. After just a few days with us she has blossomed. She now loves sleeping in her bed, going for long walks and enjoying a steady flow of food whenever she wants it.
She is 8 months old and our guess is she will be under 15 lbs at maturity.
She is still learning about the world around her and every day becomes more confident and happy. She will make a wonderful pet for a lucky person.
We require an application, adoption fee/donation, home check and contract.
