My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Graham is a two-year-old white and black male cat. Graham was found huddled under a pile of garbage in an abandoned garage, struggling to stay warm on a bitter cold winter day. This poor boy was very thin, with wounds and abscesses on his back feet that were bleeding and very painful. Graham had a dirty collar so tight it was growing into his neck. His feet are healing nicely, and even though he’s naturally petite, he is putting weight on with nutritious food, and plenty of it. You would never know Graham’s harrowing existence, because he is very loving and affectionate. Graham is vocal, and loves to talk to you. He’ll gently bump your hand with his head, letting you know he wants you to pet and cuddle him! Graham is very easy-going, and is an ideal feline companion. And he’s cute, with a black patch on his nose that gives his face such character. If you’re looking for a gentle and loving lap cat, look no further – we have Graham!

At PAAWS RI, all of the cats that come into our care are spayed/neutered, receive a rabies vaccination, distemper vaccinations, de-worming, flea treatment, microchipping, and testing for Feline Leukemia/FIV.
