Bambi's Story...
Bambi is a boxer hound mix who is friendly and affectionate. She is high energy and would be best with an active family. She does very well with people of all ages especially children. She loves to play and really favors attention. She is a strong dog weighing 50lbs. She is bright and alert, well nourished, friendly and cooperative. She is jumpy in that she wants human attention. She is completely vetted to include vaccines, de-worming, spay and heart-worm test (Negative). She likes dogs if they are not aggressive to her. She will play with normal, friendly and docile dogs - she doesn't stop wagging her tail. She is house trained. her family gave her up because they were moving and could not take her along. We rescued her from a kill shelter.
Fee to adopt is $150

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bambi, a Paterson Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Paterson, or seeking a Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Paterson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Paterson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Paterson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Paterson paves the way for another one to be saved.
