Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Frankie and I am looking for my family. I am a 3 year old Black Lab/Afghan Hound Mix. My human family would include parents and maybe sibling as long as they are older. Young children frighten me. My training consists of dog doors and crates. I am still learning leash manners. I just get too excited when exploring new places and seeing other dogs. My ideal family would love to spend time with me outside preferably in the water. After a long day of watersports I enjoy car rides for doggie cones! Above all that though I love to snuggle. It is the best thing since sliced bread if you ask me! Wait, did you hear a squirrel? I have been told I can hear them from the back of the house. They are just so exciting and fun to bark at. While watching outside for squirrels, I practice barking at cars, people, and bicycles. I am learning not to bark at them but nobody is perfect right? Best of all is my adoption fee is sponsored for an approved home! So, if it sounds like you are my forever family, hit me up. I would like to meet and talk.
My adoption fee is SPONSORED (meaning I am available fee-waived to an approved home) and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip with free lifetime registration! If you're interested in meeting/adopting me, please visit rescueonespringfield.com/adoption-application/ and fill out the form! Any questions about me or the adoption process can be directed to my friends at rescueonespringfield@gmail.com. I can't wait to hear from you!
