UPDATE: TAZ HAS BEEN ADOPTED!
Thank you to everyone that has applied for Taz! We are reviewing them and will be contacting the applicants that are best suited to care for this active little boy. Updates will be posted soon. Taz is not suitable to be in a home with kids or cats.
UPDATE FROM HIS FOSTER HOME:
Taz continues to grow like a weed and is over 30 lbs now. He loves being with other dogs and loves to play play play. Taz likes to go outdoors both for walks and just to hang out in the backyard and play some more out there. He is not a finicky eater and loves to get treats, which combined with his quickness to learn, makes him very trainable. He is an exuberant dog and needs lots of exercise and attention. Taz also needs a firm, consistent positive approach as he will push for whatever he can get away with, be it counter surfing, getting up on the couch or stealing shoes and other chewables. He will tell you when he is not getting what he wants. He is ok in the crate for a couple of hours and sleeps through the night in his own little room with no accidents now. He has learned to tell us when he needs to go out to pee ( which is often during the day ) and he can sit and down when treats are available. He is still a little too free with his teeth so a family with young children would not be appropriate at this age.

Taz is an awesome puppy that came to us from Yellowknife. He is an active boy that is ALWAYS on the go. He is 3 months old and will be a large dog once mature. He LOVES his toys and will entertain himself for hours. Taz is playing nicely with the other dog in his foster home but sometimes needs reminders to "settle-down." He is a love-bug and will require an active family that will keep him busy and train him in a positive manner. Taz can be VERY nippy and is best suited to a home with kids over 12 years old.
We do NOT do cross border adoptions and only adopt within the province of BC.
