Bitsy, is a 8-year-old, 18-pound bundle of cuteness and love. This little gal is still full of puppy energy, loves to play with toys, and people. She bonded quickly to her foster dad so I am sure she will also bond quickly to you. She is house-trained and super smart. She loves hanging out in the back yard but nine times out of 10 she will be right there with you.
She sleeps great all night and does well when left alone, although she is a pushy girl who is so smart she wants her way she is so sweet you will fall in love with her. She is house trained and behaves. Barks at strangers over the fence so you are well protected. No cats or very young kids in the house, please. She is extremely smart, sweet, good-natured and really loves people. She can be an only dog or with a submissive male. She would do best with someone who is not gone more than 4 hours at a time unless she has a submissive canine pal. She is perfect for someone or a couple who is retired.
Bitsy listens and will obey what she is told after she hears you since she has selective JRT hearing. She loves to go for long walks and take rides in the car. She is active and lively with a medium energy level, not hyper at all. She is a snuggle bug, loves to be pet and sleeps in her bed or yours all night. Low maintenance, high level of love.
Bitsy needs Jack Russell Terrier experienced parents or other strong-willed terrier people at her forever home since she is all JRT and has the confidence to act like one.
Bitsy’s adoption fee is $200.00. She is being fostered in San Jose, CA
