Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Who can resist that face!? Max was found running around the grounds of the shelter, we are not sure if he was left in our drop off kennels and got out or if he was just dumped on the property. Max is a sweet, loving guy that adjusted rather quickly to being in the shelter. He can get excited but he calms down easily. We have found that Max can be quite vocal in his kennel, but when left alone in our testing room he was not, but potential adopters should be aware of this, especially if they have neighbors that live close. Max does know sit, but he may know more and we just do not know it yet. He did very well with our testing cats, but our testing cats are very dog friendly, so we do not know how he would react with a cat that is not very happy with dogs, so this will have to be watched if he goes into a home with a cat. Due to no history we recommend a home with children 8 years old and older. Max is a very sweet fellow and would love to be your buddy for life! He loves to snuggle!
