If the length of a dog’s life depended on how sweet it was, then Sadie would surely live forever! Sadie is a 7 year old chocolate lab who recently weaned a litter of puppies for her owner. Now that the puppies have gone on to homes of their own it doesn’t seem fair that Sadie spends her days staring through the metal gate of a dog kennel at her local shelter. Sadie has such a sweet, gentle disposition; she greets everyone with her happy tail and smiling eyes. Sadie has lived with adults, children, and other pets; she knows “sit,” and “shake,” and is good with kids and with other animals. One look at Sadie is enough to see that come what may, this faithful girl is all about love and just wants to go home.
