Beau is a rescue kitty who is recovering wonderfully from a tough upbringing. When his foster family first took him in, he was scared of his own shadow. Now, he loves being petted, exploring different rooms in the apartment, and enjoying nice, normal, boring cat activities like looking out the window. He's still shy with new visitors, but it's incredibly rewarding to see him grow and build trust.
His favourite activity is hanging out on the couch armrest and being petted. This makes him a great little buddy for when you're reading or watching a movie.
His second favourite activity is eating treats, which makes befriending him pretty easy.
In addition to seeing his charming personality emerge, you'll also get to meet NIGHT BEAU. Night Beau loves to play with his toys with you or alone after you've gone to sleep.
Beau needs a patient owner with a calm lifestyle: bonus points if you're a night owl or frequently at home. Beau has tested positive for the coronavirus, and should be the only cat in the home. Beau also has no teeth, but this doesn't keep him from eating wet or dry food. We honestly never notice except when he yawns and resembles Toothless the dragon.
Beau is very affectionate, and anyone who adopts him should be prepared for shyness at first, followed by relationship building (with treats!), and then innumerable cuddles.
