Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miss, Shadow, MaryJane, Hurricane, and Fluffers all arrived as surrenders from the same owner, who could no longer care for them. They all get along with each other fine and are sharing Cat Room 6 right now, but none need to be adopted together.

Miss is a beautiful Siamese-tabby mix girl who, at 13 years old, is the oldest of three seniors in this family group. She is very shy and defers to the other cats - in fact, she wouldn't even come out of her hiding spot to be in the first video of her shared cat room (though you may be able to see her peering out of the round hole in the cat tree to the left of the action in the video on Hurricane's listing). We'll get a video featuring her soon; when it's just "you and Miss," she is a pretty sweet and affectionate cat! She should do best in a calm household where she can feel like the top of the totem pole; she might really enjoy being the only cat, or sharing with just one other cat.

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Miss is suggested minimum $20 (more gratefully accepted), or she is eligible for the Senior for Senior program: adopters over age 65 may name their own adoption fee (even $0). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts. Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners.
