Plenty of my friends are looking

Spot's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Spot's Story...
I'm Spot. I got my name from the dog off of the Little Rascals. I'm one of the 2 puppies with out a mask, and one white eye. I'm a wild women who loves to chase and bark and my foster kids and my brother and sisters. I can be found playing outside or sleeping most of the time. I'm very active!

All pups can only go to LOCAL ADOPTERS if they are not yet spayed or neutered and there is an extra $100 deposit until the pups are spayed or neutered, of which JCAPL will pay for and the deposit will be refunded once the appointment is kept.

These puppies have been handled since the day they were born. They love small children (the foster kids are 2 and 5). They have been around 4 other dogs (a Dachshund, a Beagle, a Chi-weenie and a Pitt mix) and get along with all of them. They are very calm for puppies and are all very happy dogs. None of them have anxiety about being held, or left alone or with loud noises. They are great dogs! Most of them use the doggy door to go outside to use the bathroom instead of using their pen. They are eating solid food, with a little canned food mixed in and drinking water. DOB 1/27/2017

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Spot, a Smithfield Treeing Walker Coonhound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Treeing Walker Coonhound for sale in Smithfield, or seeking a Treeing Walker Coonhound puppy from a breeder in Smithfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Smithfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Smithfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Treeing Walker Coonhound breeders who help with Treeing Walker Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Smithfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
