Mona Lisa's Story...
Meet the fabulous Mona Lisa. She is on the search for a loving, responsible and permanent home. Mona Lisa has a smile that can melt your heart. She is a very loving and affectionate dog that loves to play fetch. She really enjoys treats but needs to learn not to take them so hard from your hand. She is also a bit of a rough player so we suggest any kids in the home should be 8 and older and able to handle a very rambunctious dog. To get her started off on the right paw we are requiring Mona Lisa to be signed up for positive reward based classes. She seems to enjoy the company of other dogs but may be to much for a kitty. Mona Lisa is a bit on the chunky side and will need an active home that will be committed to giving her lots of daily exercise and a portion controlled diet to help her look and feel her best. If you are interested in meeting this fantastic lady, please fill out an application at the front desk.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mona Lisa, a Bellingham Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
