Rita is a sweet girl looking for a responsible, loving and permanent home. Rita was surrendered to the shelter with her 3 daughters. She was covered in unimaginable filth and smelled very bad. She has since been bathed and brushed. Rita is a little timid and would do best in a home with children ages 12 and older. She would be okay to live with another canine companion. She will have to meet any potential housemates to ensure they are a good match. A very confident cat might be alright. Rita will need somebody who can take her out for daily walks and hikes to keep her healthy and happy. She would prefer a high quality no grain diet to keep her feeling and looking her best.
