My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ginger is a polite and pretty 3 yr. old red dobergirl. Cute as can be, this friendly girl wiggles her entire back end when she is happy, which is often! Ginger wants to say "hi" to everyone she meets and will lean her sturdy frame against people for as much petting as possible. Although she loves people, Ginger is not overly demanding of attention. She settles nicely in the evening on her dog bed near you and is happy to have a toy or chew bone to keep her busy. She has lovely manners in the home but will quietly take any stray napkins she finds. Ginger has a favorite blanket that she gently carries around with her, never chewing. She lived with a cat in her previous home so may be cat friendly. She is a healthy girl but does take a common, daily maintenance medication for female dogs. Ginger enjoys being out-and-about but can be a little unsure in new situations and when meeting unfamiliar dogs. When on a walk she'll alert you when she spots a squirrel or dog in the distance just to make sure you see it too! Ginger will make a nice addition to almost any home.
