Daisy is a skittish and shy petite female Dalmation, previously an unclaimed stray from KY, who needs a very specific and special home. She is never mean, but her fear of new people is rooted very deeply inside her. She took almost 6 months to come up to her foster for pets, although she loves walks so much that it didn't take long for her to crawl up and shove her head through the slip lead to be able to go for a walk to the park. Daisy loves leash walks, and loves running at the dog park. Where Daisy is very afraid of people, she adores other dogs, and loves to play and run and chase with them. She plays like a puppy when it's dogs and no stranger people. She is reliably house trained, will crate but does fine gated into the bedroom for the workday, and is very easy to live with. She does bark when new people come into the house, then bolts into the bedroom to hide. She will likely never be a 'normal' dog, but she has her endearing qualities and we love her. She does require a home with a fenced yard and another dog. She's excellent with cats.
Requirements: Fenced yard and another dog in the home.
