~ ADOPTION PENDING ~
You may meet and apply to adopt Ranger at our ADOPTION EVENT on SUNDAY, APRIL 23rd from 12 Noon – 3:00 at PETCO in NEWPORT BEACH. (Our event is held INSIDE of the PETCO store.) adoptpetmatch@gmail.com
Ranger is a male Spaniel/Lab mix puppy only 3 1/2 months old. He has striking tricolor markings, with tan on his legs, face, and tops of his ears and white on his chest, tops of his ears and paws. This is all set off by a beautiful sleek black coat that is shiny and healthy. Ranger currently weighs 10 pounds and should reach an adult weight of 25-35 pounds making him a medium sized dog full grown. Ranger is a people dog, very in tune with humans, responsive and affectionate. He always knows where you are and will follow you around dutifully here and there. Ranger is great with his potty habits already and prefers going outside. He should be easy to train since he appears quite smart and very eager to please. He gets along well with other dogs although if given a choice he would probably choose people. Ranger is good with children and would make a nice family pet. He loves to play with toys, could easily learn fetch, and has a sweet, gentle touch. Ranger is curious about new things in his environment whether its a new toy or a new person and will be one of the first to go up and investigate. He is fairly confident for a young puppy and has a trusting nature. Ranger was rescued from a high-volume shelter where he was brought in as a stray with his brother, Radcliff (also posted online). He is going to make a nice all around pet. Ranger is already very well-adjusted and has a wonderful, even temperament. He will thrive in a home where he is included in daily family life and where he gets lots of love. Ranger is healthy and ready for his new forever home today!
Ranger’s adoption donation is $525 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, UTD on VACCINES, DEWORMED and DEFLEAED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Ranger is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Sharon and is ready for his forever home.
