My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kelly (black) and Keller (fawn) are back …. sadly. After a few months of being in a home, one of the family members could no longer tolerate the allergies. If having two dogs is your ultimate goal, adopting two that are already bonded and terrific companions might be easier than adopting two separately. They were originally surrendered because of their human’s serious health issues; Keller and Kelly had a wonderful life and it showed in their demeanor. Unfortunately, they are experiencing another upheaval; however, they take comfort in each other and are handling the uncertainty. Not all dogs that arrive together are considered bonded but Keller and Kelly are a definite pair. Just think, two dogs – twice the love! Kelly is the bossier of the two and Keller is quite happy to follow her lead. His favorite pastimes are watching television and having his butt scratched; whereas she is fond of her squeaky toys and belly rubs. At the end of the day, they are quite content to curl up in their crate side by side and dream sweet doggy dreams about their future together. Although Pugs are not high energy dogs, Kelly and Keller will both require daily walks in order to remain healthy and happy. Kelly did have surgery several months ago for kidney stones; both she Keller are on special food as a preventative to a reoccurrence. They also need drops in their eyes on a daily basis to keep them lubricated. Keller and Kelly are so ready to go to that special place called home – together. Give these two bundles of love a new leash on life and you will have two very devoted and loving companions. Please fill in the Adoption Form if you are interested in adopting Kelly and Keller.
