My name is Dara!

German Shorthaired Pointer Puppy for adoption in Media, Pennsylvania - Dara

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Dara's Info...

I am purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Dara's Story...
GORGEOUS DARA is a pure-bred 11 week old (4/3/17) German Shorthaired Pointer and weighs 15lbs.
She was saved with her mother and siblings from a back yard breeder in Georgia.

They are all safe now and looking for their fur-ever homes!
They are all up to date on their puppy shots and are being cared for by a loving foster family.

The littler has been chosen to be Benefactor dogs. Part of their slightly higher adoption fee will go to help Rescue Express dogs who need emergency or major medical care before they can be adopted.

They will be making their freedom ride to Media in the next couple of weeks and we'd love to have them go right into their new homes.

Please email Carol at chocolatesss@comcast.net for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dara, a Media German Shorthaired Pointer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shorthaired Pointer for sale in Media, or seeking a German Shorthaired Pointer puppy from a breeder in Media.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Media already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Media breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shorthaired Pointer breeders who help with German Shorthaired Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Media paves the way for another one to be saved.
