My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Miss Bella. Bella is a Silky Yorkie Terrier. Bella was saved when her owner decided they no longer wanted her and turned her in to be euthanized. Thank goodness that did not happen! Bella is a sweet girl who is anxious and nervous when left by herself, but can you blame her as she had been abandoned by someone she trusted? Bella was guessed to no older than 8, but she does not act like it and loves to play and is full of spunk! We believe her to be younger. She does find comfort with other dogs and does much better when she has another dog to be with. Bella loves her big dog brothers/sisters at the Sanctuary. Bella also loves her crate as she finds it as a safe place.

Bella is crate trained and house broken. She needs a home with another dog companion, she loves big dogs. Bella seems to do well with children. A home without cats would be best. Bella just wants to love and be loved. Bella needs a home where her humans will be with her often and she is not left alone too often and not for long.
