Neilan is a handsome, charming older gentleman. He is very quiet, he hasn't even barked yet in his Foster home. He would not like nothing better to sit by your side all day and let you pet him. He is working on going up and down steps and is progressing well. When he sees Foster Mom he starts wagging his tail for pets and snuggles.
