Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Franklin is a sweet pup that was surrendered to us by his mom's owner. He is about five pounds and 3-4 months old. He was surrendered with fleas and ticks and an infection in all four paw pads. Despite any mistreatment he may have endured he is very affectionate. He would do well with other dogs, cats and children. His adoption fee is $325 which covers the cost of 4 sets of distemper/parvo vaccines, fecal testing, deworming, neuter, rabies vaccine and microchip.
We do not do out-of-state adoptions for puppies and we cannot hold puppies; please submit your application when you are ready to adopt.
If you are interested in meeting this dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between 1-5 PM, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND BE APPROVED FOR ADOPTION. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster parent.
Puppies adoption fees range from $325 to $475 and always include the mandatory and non-negotiable Spay/Neuter, 4 sets of distemper/parvo vaccinations, Rabies and microchip at 4 months when altered, 2 de wormings, fecal testing and medication related to worms, or parasites (coccida/giardia).
Puppies are not house-trained although they may have begun crate-training and/or potty pad training in their foster home, depending on their age. House-training is a process that will need to be completed by their adopter. Puppies, if left unsupervised and not redirected will develop negative behaviors such as using the restroom in the wrong place, chewing, barking, whining, etc. Please be sure to do research on raising a puppy and be sure that you are prepared to do so.
