My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jessie is a 4 year old chihuahua cross female. We believe that she is a chihuahua / rat terrier cross. She is small, only about 7 pounds, and is a beautiful black and white color. She is very gentle natured, and has a playful feisty personality. Jessie is a very smart little girl. She is lively, and likes to be where you are, but she's not needy, and gets along fine when you're busy or need to go out. Jessie would love a securely fenced yard, but she prefers to stay inside, and as small as she is, I prefer it too. Jessie would also be great to take on short leisurely walks, or to sit and have coffee with friends at an outdoor cafe. Jessie likes everyone but may be shy at first with new people. She gets along with other dogs.

Jessie is up to date on shots, she is heart worm negative, and is taking heart worm and flea preventative. Jessie had a badly broken and dislocated leg when we got her, but with the help of a great ortho surgeon, she is doing great now. All she needs is love!!!
