Raja's Story...
Courtesy post*****
This handsome high energy two year-old boy's name is Raja. He has been with the family since he was a very young puppy but unfortunately he needs to find a new home that has more space and preferably husky experience. His owner reports he is up-to-date on shots but he is not neutered. They feel he would be best as an only dog although they do have two other dogs in the household. He has had altercations with the other male and very limited exposure to strange dogs. Ok with the resident female who is very even tempered and he grew up with her. He does not like to be climbed on by small children though he has never bitten. Older children would be best. Location is Pittsburgh PA area. He is not in what I would call eminent danger but it is very pressing that he find a new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Raja, a Allison Park Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Allison Park, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Allison Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allison Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allison Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allison Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
