Macey's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Macey's Story...
Please consider adopting an adult cat. Adult cats are calmer, better behaved and cause less damage to furniture, drapes, ect. They have developed personalities-no surprises here. Adult cats are physically mature, which means, what you see is what you get. Also, you will feel good knowing that you gave an adult cat a second chance. Remember, every adult cat was once some one’s beautiful little kitten!
Macey is one of two kittens that we've had since they were 8 weeks old. He's now 9 months old. It's too bad too cause he is a very nice boy and he so needs his own home. He's a beautiful black male and his fur is nice and shinny because he's healthy and eats such good food.
He3's comeplely vetted, having been neutered, tested and had all of his shots,. He has no fleas, no worms or ear mites either.
Maybe due to the economy, but we've had him and Ebony since they were 8 weeks old. But, on the plus side, these kittens are very well behaved, loving, and all have great dispositions. They are also not too small to go to homes with small children.
But if you are looking for a beautiful, healthy, sweet, loving guy, please come to Petco on Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm. We have several black kittens, they are wonderful, and are in need of a loving "forever" home. Our kittens eat only Royal Canin and you can see how beautiful their fur is!! It shines and shimmers! Their fur simply fantastic!!

Due to the increases that we are facing from our vets, we have no choice but to raise our adoptions fees just so that we can cover expenses.

The adoption donation is $125.00 each after an approved application as all of our cats and kittens have been spayed or neutered, been wormed and had age appropriate shots. This helps defray the expense we incur at the vets and we are in 100% compliance with the State of Rhode Island Mandatory Spay/Neuter Law.
Our adoption donation is a real bargain, as many of you may already know. Locally a spay is $270.00, a neuter $150.00 and office visits are $50.00 and the costs for the aids/luke test is$48.50. Add to that the cost of a rabies, distemper and worming charges, and yopu can see that we are extremely very reasonable. This all means that there is less out of pocket for people who adopt from C.A.T.S. AND WE ARE IN 100% COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPAY/NEUTER LAW TOO!

To obtain an application, please email me at Rfalaguerr@aol.com or if you have any quesstions, please email them to me.

C.AT.S. policy is that all of our cats and kittens will be adopted out spayed or neutered, tested for feline aids/luke, and all age appropriate shots. We will not adopt any cat or kitten that has not been spayed or neutered first. There will be no exceptions.

We are at the Seekonk, Ma PETCO every Sunday from 10:00 am to 3 PM. So you are welcome to stop by and see the kittens and cats that we have available.
In order to take home your new family member on Sunday, you must have already been approved prior to Sunday.

We do not sell cats or kittens, this is an adoption NOT A SALE. Each application will be screened and the application deemed the best will be the one selected.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Macey, a Riverside Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Riverside, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Riverside.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Riverside already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Riverside breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Riverside paves the way for another one to be saved.
