⚑UPDATE, 4/10/17:⚑

β™₯Caleb lost his foster home and needs his furever home as soon as possible, he is now being temporarily fostered in an outdoor kennel, it has protection from weather πŸŒ§β˜€β›ˆ, but, it's a long way from being inside a home like he was. πŸ˜” PLEASE consider this sweet baby 🍭β™₯. He has been inside for a couple of months and is crate and house trained, loving and will smother you with kisses πŸ’. Caleb is somewhere between 10-12 months old.β™₯

Meet Caleb!

Caleb is as lovable as he is loving. When they popularized the saying "Man's Best Friend", they had a dog like Caleb in mind!

This young boy wants nothing more than to be loved and to give love in return. He loves attention, is ecstatic to meet new people of all ages, and would equally love a furry friend. His excitement can be overwhelming at first and we are working on jumping and down/off commands, but, once he makes your acquaintance he wants nothing more than to sit next to you or wrap up around you on the couch watching nature and animal documentaries.

Even more, he enjoys going on walks, sniffing around outside, and is great at fetch. He walks wonderfully on leash and will explore if you let him, but he will keep an eye on you as closely or even more so than you do him.

Crate and house trained, we believe this pup is a little under a year old. He is full grown but maintains the energy of a puppy. He loves to chew up his toys, stays away from shoes and other household items, and will play tug of war until you go crazy. Once he wears you out, no problem, he is equally enthusiastic about self play.

This pup likes to use his paws as well and our best guess is a Pit/Boxer mix. Don't you want to meet this handsome hound and help him find his forever home!

Our standard adoption fee is $475 which covers:

We do not adopt to anyone under the age of 21.

About Southern Dogs Adoption Coordinator - PA

About Our Rescue Group...

Thank you for your wish to rescue, save, adopt and give a furever home to one of our very deserving puppies or dogs!
Once we receive your application you will be able to talk with the foster home to find out all about them!

We are an all volunteer run organization. We do not have a physical shelter as we are strictly a dog rescue organization. The dogs SDAC coordinates adoptions for have come from southern shelters and, regardless of what state the dogs are posted in, they ARE FOSTERED IN THEIR SOUTHERN FOSTER HOMES UNTIL ADOPTED, unless we are lucky enough to have a northern foster home, then it will say "In New England" after the dog's name. Most of our lucky dogs and lucky puppies are adopted by families living in the northeast!

All of our dogs arrive with a current Health Certificate, are up to date with vaccinations and are transported on a U.S.D.A. approved transport.

These dogs and puppies all deserve a home who will treat them as family members, who will give them a warm and loving INSIDE home, a soft bed to sleep on, plenty of food, toys to play with, family members to take them for walks and rides and, finally, give them the chance to enjoy the rest of their life.

❀YOU❀ are their hope, they need ❀YOU❀ to adopt them to complete their lives.
