Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Scotty. I am a 10-month old happy little teddy bear puppy at approximately 10 pounds. I am a mixed breed Terrier with reddish-brown hair and gold highlights. Scotty loves people and other dogs and loves to play with his toys; especially squeaky ball and his stuffed jack. He is very affectionate and caring. Scotty loves to cuddle and sit on his favorite chair. He loves car rides, walks and sitting in the basket at the supermarket. He is very attentive and alert. Scotty will need a fenced yard and appropriate toys to play with. He will do well in an adult family household or a family with respectful children ages 10 and above. Scotty is still a puppy so he will need attention and training in his new home.
(An adoption donation of $300 is required.) If you are interested in this dog, please go to the Adopt page of our website where you will find a link to an adoption application form https://www.chewdogrescue.org/index.php/adopt. If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
