My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cheyanne is a friendly 3 year old Hound/American Bulldog mix. She was adopted in 2015 and recently returned. She lived with another male dog and did fine with him but played rough. Cheyanne is good with dogs her size but not smaller dogs. She also was not fond of the family's one year old grandchild. The family was worried about the child's safety so returned Cheyanne. She can be a couch potato. Being part hound she chases cats and other small creatures. She has learned to be good with her food around other dogs. She is not really fond of toys but loves tug of war. This pretty girl is a social butterfly that is looking for an adult home or one with older teenagers. You will love pretty Cheyanne! She is indeed a shelter favorite and has represented Friendship at many events and was very well behaved.
******Sweet Cheyanne is currently in a foster home getting a break from the shelter. If interested in meeting her, please call the shelter at 440-322-4321 to set up an appointment. She will be at the shelter every Saturday from noon-2:00 pm for meet and greets too. Stop on out!

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
