My story

Willow is such a special lady! I don’t normally foster adult Labs because they are usually so rambunctious and destructive, but my heart went out to her. Willow’s previous owner, knowing she was about to give birth, dumped her in a kill shelter to have her puppies. When I saw how sweet, loving and what a great Mom she was, I had to get her and her 6 puppies out of there. She has since weaned her puppies and is more than ready to have a new start in life. She is fairly laid back and low key, fairly quiet, mild mannered and has been a perfect angel in her kennel. She is very affectionate, she likes to be close to her humans, likes to cuddle…belly and back rubs are also high priority. She gets along with other dogs, but she would really prefer to be the only dog in the house since she does desire a lot of personal attention. She is three years old and weighs 62 pounds. She has been spayed, 4DX heartworm tested, microchipped, current on all vaccines, worming, heartworm and flea prevention. Her adoption fee is $400.

Willow is being fostered in Tennessee. Our rescue ships to the New England area every week and her fee does include transportation. Once adopted she will be transported to her pickup location by a professional dog transport company.
