Ruby is a beautiful, majestic big red dog, she's a head-turner for sure! She's affectionate, house-trained, loves people, gets along with kids and other dogs. She's strong on a leash and will need continued training and a strong handler for walks. A fenced-in yard and another dog to play with would be awesome for this wonderful girl. She's pictured at a public outdoor event where she enjoyed meeting lots of new people and got a lot of attention due to her beauty.
Ruby was found as a stray whose owner never came for her - after having been hit by a car. As a result, one of her ankles is turned slightly, but she can walk and run fine. Her activity level is normal. She had a rough patch in her life, but you'd never know it with her personality. She will make a wonderful companion and will no doubt give her adoptive family a lot of love in return for a new "leash" on life!
