JARRED's Story...
My name is Jarred. I am a young 1 year old Pit X, who is seeking a new forever home! When I first came into the shelter, I was very scared and timid.. But after some good care, and a nice warm bath I have opened up to people again! I had to get stitches in my gum when I first arrived because I had tried to bite a leash and I accidentally bit my gum.. But I am just about healed from it! I am such a lover, and I LOVE being held and cuddled. I am one big lap dog! I have severe separation anxiety, and I HATE being alone. I can also jump VERY high, so whoever adopts me will have to have an enclosed yard with a tall fence. I will need some special treatment, due to the fact that I am unfamiliar with a lot of things, such as playing with toys, and taking walks... So please be patient with me.. Come meet me today! I am so ready to find a home to call my very own!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JARRED, a Taylor American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Taylor, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Taylor.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Taylor already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Taylor breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Taylor paves the way for another one to be saved.
