Welcome our newest arrival - Nicky! He comes to us from the Fluvanna SPCA and was previously named Nova. Nova didn't work for us, so we named him Nicky. He has the same problem that his rescue mom has - he squints his eyes when you take a picture because of the flash. However, if you can over look that, you'll see how great this little guy is! He is still a bit shy and mostly looks up at us as if wondering . . . 'Hey, just exactly WHAT are YOU doing way up there?' This sweet boy would make a wonderful addition to any home looking to give a senior gentleman a few years of 'the good life'!

All this little guy really wants is some love and affection.

About Peaceful Passings Senior Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Our mission is to save senior animals. our vision is a world where no animal is euthanized due to age or medical challenge when a quality of life remains. We exclusively serve senior, hospice, and special needs animals.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are Petco adoption partners and attend regular adoption events in both Charlottesville, VA and Short Pump, VA. Potential adopters can also visit our rescue - we welcome visitors!

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption fee is currently $100. We require adopters to sign an adoption contract. All of our animals must be kept on heartworm preventative, cannot be used for hunting, and if an adopter cannot keep one of our animals, they must be returned to our rescue. Animals can not be transferred once adopted without notifying the rescue.
