Sadie is an owner surrender. She lived with her adoptive family for 10 years, until they fell on hard times, went through bankruptcy and were had to surrender her to rescue. Believe me, it was a heart wrenching decision for them. However, they found us and we love Sadie! She is energetic, loving and fun. She loves human warmth and affection.

If you have room in your home for the ultimate family dog, then Sadie is the girl for you. She's good in every way. What's better than throwing your arms around a dog who appreciated everything that you do for her?

About Peaceful Passings Senior Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Our mission is to save senior animals. our vision is a world where no animal is euthanized due to age or medical challenge when a quality of life remains. We exclusively serve senior, hospice, and special needs animals.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are Petco adoption partners and attend regular adoption events in both Charlottesville, VA and Short Pump, VA. Potential adopters can also visit our rescue - we welcome visitors!

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption fee is currently $100. We require adopters to sign an adoption contract. All of our animals must be kept on heartworm preventative, cannot be used for hunting, and if an adopter cannot keep one of our animals, they must be returned to our rescue. Animals can not be transferred once adopted without notifying the rescue.
