We adopted Simba at the age of 6 weeks from the SPCA, January 2006. He has been a joy to our family for the past 11 years. He is house trained, neutered and all vaccinations are up-to-date. He is very friendly and loves attention. Simba is very laid back, but is always excited to meet new people. He loves to play with children and other dogs. He has never been in the presence of a cat or other animals, so we cannot speak to his mannerisms with them. He does very well with our 3 year old. Unfortunately, our 19 month old is terribly afraid of him. As a result, he doesn't get to roam around as he is accustomed. Additionally, given our busy schedules it is difficult to spend the quality time with him and our children separately. As a result, we have decided it is best to find Simba a loving home where he can receive the much needed love and attention he deserves in his old age.
