Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Say hello to Cookie! This happy little girl has quite the story to tell, but you’d never know she’s ever had a bad day in her life. Cookie was found with a USB cord tied around her neck in a local park. A Good Samaritan found her and brought her to Animal Control. Her fur was so matted that it ripped her skin open in several places. Cookie’s teeth were also so decayed that they rotted and the infection ate away at her jaw, causing it to break. Thanks to some amazing Animal Control officers, she has defeated the odds and is now in great health! They shaved off her mats and removed most of her lower jaw. She came back from the vet as happy as could be.
Cookie is around 10 years old and a Toy Poodle, weighing in at a whopping 6 pounds. She’s just a sweet, cuddly, and wiggly girl. Cookie has loved every person she’s met, is great with other dogs, and is fine with the resident cat at her house. Because of lower jaw removal, she does require pureed wet food for her meals, but that’s nothing in exchange for the laughs and love she’ll bring to your life.
