Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This cutie is Tuesday, a tiny Chihuahua/Dachschund mix – just 4 lbs! He needs a home! He’s adoptable now.
Tuesday came in to the Chico Animal Shelter as a stray. He has been at a foster home since March 27, and foster mom Shelly says “He is so much fun to have around! He is a very happy dog – he wags his tail all the time and loves to run around and play with toys. He is a big fan of taking walks, and is happiest when he’s hanging out with his people. He is crate trained, only barks when it’s appropriate (like when someone comes to the door), and sleeps quietly through the night. The shelter’s best guess is that he’s somewhere between 4 and 6 years old.
Tuesday gets along fine with our other foster dog and does fine with our cat. He is still working on being housetrained, and has come a very long way since he first came to our house. Because of his tiny size, he would do best in a home with kids ages 13 and up.
He is so cute, and full of love. He will make such a great addition to some lucky family!”
Tuesday is neutered, microchipped, and up to date with his rabies shot. If you’d like to meet Tuesday or would like any more information about him, call foster mom Shelly at (530) 521-9012 (after 4:30 if on a weekday).
