If you want an lovable, huggable, and kissable pet, Gretel is your girl! That is simply her in a nutshell!

* Sugary sweet nature! Gretel is extremely affectionate and loves giving kisses! She adores having her belly rubbed and squeals with joy every time her human comes home. Gretel enjoys hanging out with you, loves squeaky toys and tennis balls, and entertains herself with toys if you’re busy.

* The good student. Gretel is housetrained! She does not like crates but she does great if you just confine her to an area with gates. She’s working on getting used to car rides, learning her commands, leash manners, and being less vocal when she encounters other dogs on walks. Gretel loves being brushed but doesn’t care for baths, though she’ll power through it.

* Crowd pleaser. Gretel is great with sharing toys and lets you take it from her without any protest. She LOVES cats but understands if one doesn’t want to play. She’s loves being with dogs but is a little scared of larger, more energetic dogs. Their sheer size is intimidating!
