Jack (Whittier)'s Info...

I am already spayed/neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, and not good with cats.

Jack (Whittier)'s Story...

Jack is 3 years old, very active, loves life and everyone in it!  He is a very sweet goofball who lives his life with gusto!

This little guy is full of kisses and loves to lay on a lap for petting, or flop on his back for his belly rub.  He knows sit, stay, down, wait, and sit up, and loves to ride in the car, which usually means “dooooogpark!”.  Jack sleeps in his crate at night, but when the grandkids are over, he sleeps with them in their beds.

A great home for Jack would be one who loves the Jack Russell breeds personality, because he is all Jack!  He is very active and needs an active family with children over 10 to play with him, and a family will include him in their everyday lives.

If you would like to know more about Jack, or meet him, please contact Lynn at lynnbonham1@gmail.com or go to our webpage at www.russellrescueca.com to fill out an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack (Whittier), a Los Angeles Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
