My story

Molly's adoption fee is $375.

Hi - my name is Molly. I’m spayed, up to date on vaccines and am micro chipped, and I weigh about 8.4kg.

I am an active and loving 2 year old Shih Tzu mix that loves being outside. I like to go for walks but am working on my leash skills. There are just so many things to smell !!!!

I eat well, though I do it when I feel like it (some call it grazing). I am also working on my manners while my foster family eats…..they don’t share with me but I guess that is how it should be, or so they tell me.

I really enjoy playing fetch and wrestling with my foster brother. I do have one little secret……I like socks. Although I have not eaten any that my foster mom knows of, I do tend to take them and run. I will give them back if you trade me for a treat. Boy do I know how to bargain!!

Although I am house trained, when my foster mom is at work and I can’t wait, I know how to use pee pads. I am good in the car once I find my comfy spot. I sleep in my crate at night with my stuffed Lamb Chop toy.

Could you be the family to help me with my manners? Do you have some puppy for me to play with? My friends at Tiny Paws feel I’d be happiest in an adult home or one with older children and where there’s another playful dog to keep me company, or where I can go to doggy daycare on a daily basis – I need to play and have lots of activity to keep me busy. I’d also benefit from some formal training classes to help learn and reinforce good behavior. I sure hope to find my perfect home soon as I have tons of love to give.
