My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ohhhh what can we say about sweet Dinky? He was used as a breeder dog with little socialization for years. When he arrived he smelled like death, totally different then other breeder dogs we receive, we really thought we would find a horrible wound under all of his matted hair. But after a couple of baths he smelled a little better. After he got settled he was off to the vet for a neuter and dental. That's when we found out that his jaw was broken and his mouth was rotting! So a dental and jaw surgery was done . It's so odd that he has a piece of his tongue that looks as though it was bitten off along with the broken jaw...hmmmm, what could that mean? Sigh......Anyway Dink is shy with humans ( wonder why) but coming around. He needs another jaw surgery, the vet actually has to break the other side to get him re aligned and then he will be neutered. He is learning to walk on a leash. He LOVES and NEEDS another small dog in the home to have someone to learn from. Dink has done wonderful with house training and likes his crate. He's getting used to love slowly but surely. Dinkey is requesting a fenced yard to run and play in and home with patient human's. He's a doll and has been through so much Dinkey is 7-8 years young and about 23 lbs. He will be ready for his new home mid May (fingers crossed)

Adoption Donation $275 includes neuter, micro chip and all vaccinations up to date.
