Dusty will be 14 years old on July 16th. I have had him since he was a puppy and he is a very loving dog that needs a home where he will receive lots of attention and cuddle time. Dusty is not used to being left alone and gets separation anxiety, so the ideal home is one where his new owner is able to dedicate time to spend with him. Because Dusty is a senior, he is unable to hold his bladder as well as he used to, so you will need to be patient with him. (A home with no small children would be ideal, as he does not have the energy to handle small children for long periods of time.)
I do not want to give Dusty up for adoption, but I am recently married and Dusty is having a hard time adjusting to a new person in the home. If you are someone who wants a loving, mild mannered older dog and has time to dedicate to him, this is the perfect pet.
