Hi everyone! Bristol here! I was rescued by my current foster mommy from a park where I was abandoned with my siblings. Unfortunately, they didn't survive being homeless. Who could just leave puppies in a park???

My foster mommy took me home and promised that something called a rescue would help me find a human family to take care of me. They took me to a scary place called a vet where they ran all kinds of tests to make sure I was healthy. The vet said I needed some medicine for my worms and some good food. She said I was a good puppy. When I went back to the vet, she said the medicine worked and I had no more worms. I was pretty excited my tummy was better.

My foster mommy bought me toys and good food and I'm growing pretty good. Now she said it's time to find a family. I would really like a family who would like a cute puppy like me. I'm learning my house manners and to go potty outside in the yard. I love to run and play all day. I would like a family who has another dog like me so I have a friend to play with.

If interested in becoming my forever family, my adoption fee is $200 which covers all of my puppy shots and my spay (so I don't have no puppies myself). Due to me being too young to have my spay, I am only available as a foster to adopt family. That means you pre-adopt me and I get to come home with you but my rescue will be making sure I get my spay before the final adoption.

About SAFE in Texas, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

Safe in Texas, Inc. is a Texas 501(c)(3) not for profit on a mission to help our abandoned, neglected and homeless animals here in Texas. We have partnered with numerous shelters and foster partners to achieve our goal of finding loving, safe and furever homes for our SAFEr dogs. The mission is hard. Each year over a million animals are euthanized in overcrowded shelters across the nation.

Our mission in assisting with this crisis is two fold: (1) Rescue, Rehabilitate and Rehome – through our in-home fostering program, our pups are placed in temporary, loving foster homes while they are rehabilitated from their injuries and psychological scars while being strays while they await the perfect adoptive parents to give them their second chance at life; and (2) Education – through our education programs aimed at younger generations, we hope to take part in the reform of the general public’s views that animals are property and can be easily disposed of. We have several programs aimed at school aged children and teens to teach them about proper pet care and responsible pet ownership. We target our message of spaying and neutering your pets to adults in the community to teach them the importance of these measures to reduce the impacts felt on shelters and the public with the unbelievable stray numbers. When funds permit, we sponsor spays and neuters to assist our community members.

Our directors, Robyn, Keena and Ashley, have a passion for helping these voiceless animals find homes where they can grow and be loved.
