My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlie is a darling, young male Bichon/Poodle mix, about a year old. He has a body built more like a Bichon than Poodle with an all white curly coat of non shedding hair. Charlie has a super friendly personality and likes everyone. He is very playful and always happy. Charlie enjoys the company of other small dogs so he would be fine with another dog. He is doing quite well with house training and will use a pad or go outside in dog run. Another plus with Charlie, is he is crate trained to a large dog crate so he has plenty of room.

Charlie came to our rescue from a Southern CA shelter. In March he was hit by a car and taken to the nearest animal shelter. At first Charlie was reluctant to walk and x-rays showed a pelvic fracture and cage rest was prescribed. On April 10th Charlie was examined by an Orthopedic Veterinarian. X-rays of his pelvis showed his fracture was healing and with limited activity (no running and jumping), Charlie will be ready for adoption on May 6th. Charlie is now ready to meet his new adoptive family so please go to our website and submit an online adoption application as he will be ready to go to his new home on May 6th.
