Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tulip (aka Chalupa) is the sweetest little 9 pound, 7 year old cuddle bug. She's super mellow and polite, and had no fear from the moment we met. She's very zen - quietly contemplating anything new, taking her time, and being very tidy and polite. She would do well with an older person since she's fairly low energy and doesn't demand much. If you lay down with her, she'll get on her side and put her front paws around you like a hug - it's insanely endearing. She's eager to please and learns very quickly, but isn't incredibly playful just yet. Her personality comes out a little more every day, so don't be surprised if in a few months she's up for playing with a toy or gently jogging around your floor. She's generally housebroken and pad trained, but will mistake and small white carpets as pads. She also seems entirely fine with being left alone all day if you don't work from home, which is great for anyone with a 9-5 who wants a low-maintenance companion.
On the subway, Tulip is happy sitting in your bag looking up at you with her soulful eyes. In the car, she adores looking out the window, people and dog watching! She’s a quiet little girl, rarely letting out a bark. She walks incredibly well on a leash, walking stride by stride with her human. She loooooves to cuddle! She just wants to sit in your lap all day and snuggle in.
Miss Tulip is a gentle lady. She enjoys people of all ages, dogs and most likely cats. She is gentle, mellow, and an all-around great girl!
