My story

It wasn't long ago that Sarge was "Unknown". This boy has been nothing but a joy and his sugar frosted face earns him the most adorable award!

Sarge is estimated to be 8 to 10 yrs old, neutered and up to date on all of his vetting. He is very well mannered, laid back - but a little silly and LOVES snuggling with his people! He also requires very little exercise!!! He gets along great with other dogs, but has not met any cats while in our care. His favorite hobbies are relaxing on the couch, sunbathing and of course being his foster momma's shadow (she doesn't mind because he has completely stolen her heart!!) He is crate trained, but in his new home, you will likely find that he does not need crated.... because he is so perfect!

Sarge is looking for a forever retirement home where he can live out his senior years with a family that is home often and that will continue to provide him the extra special love and attention he has been getting to make him feel like a young pup! Ideally, his new home would have very limited stairs and slippery floors (rugs can make a huge difference!). He would also do well in a home with another laid-back dog to cuddle.
