My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Travis came to Friends of JCASP hopping on his back leg. X-ray discovered he had a clean bone break that had already started the healing process. Unfortunately, it was too late in the healing process to pin the bones properly. With the guidance of a veterinarian, it was decided to let the leg heal on its own instead of amputation. Travis has progressed with his healing & use of the back leg. If you look carefully, you will notice a slight limp, known as the 'Travis swagger!' Travis is fairly calm, is curious & likes to explore his surroundings. He welcomes a gentle head rub. Travis tends to cower with movement of a hand or object toward him & may swat. A swat at a comb during grooming can disrupt his calm nature. Maybe it is a memory of being in the company of bad people who harm cats. Travis has unique features with one black ear & one white, a black/pink nose & check out his coiffed goatee. His biggest requirement is that his new family protect him, keep him safe & provide a joint supplement. If you are ready for Travis to hop into your world, e-mail friendsofjcas@gmail.com!
