Hi there. My name is Casper and no I am not a ghost! I am a boy estimated to be 7-8 years old as of June 2019.

I was found wandering in a rural neighborhood and was rescued and brought to the rescue. I did get adopted out in late 2018, but the people surrendered me in early June 2019. I am not 100% housetrained and they felt I needed a different home. I hope that doesn't stop anybody from adopting me because I'm such a handsome, friendly fella. Perhaps I just need a doggie diaper on while inside.

I am a very sweet Chihuahua mix weighing around 20 pounds and I get along with everybody. My most favorite things to do are cuddle and go for walks.

I sure hope there is someone out there that will give me a chance to add to their lives. How about you?
