Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Queenie,
Queenie is a beagle mix guessed to be about 7yrs old and weighs 22lbs. BAARK rescued this very scared little girl from a high kill animal control when her time was just about up.
Queenie is very timid and very submissive, possibly due to cruel treatment in her past life. She relies on the company of other dogs for comfort and security so, a forever home with another dog or two would be ideal.
Despite whatever mistreatment she may have suffered in her past, Queenie is very lovable and enjoys cuddling on a cozy couch. She doesn't mind kitties at all and is great with her human foster sister. Her foster mom says she walks well on her leash without pulling but, is hesitant to go outside by herself. Following their dog out has been helping her to build confidence and overcome her fear of being left alone outside.
Queenie deserves a calm forever home that will shower her with lots of love and tenderness so she can rest assured that she will never be abandoned again.
Queenie is up to date on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and on heartworm preventative.
