Topeka is such a goofy tomboy of a girl that nearly everyone thinks she is a boy, so we just had to put her in a tutu for her photo shoot. Judging by the expression on her face, she is not amused, but we think she is just adorable. She is 7 months old and weighs 8 lbs. She will probably weigh 15 to 16 lbs when she grows up. She would be a great dog to take hiking, boating, walking, or just out and about. She's pretty happy having fun or chilling out, but she needs enough fun and exercise to keep her from getting bored. We know what kind of mischief puppies can get into when they are bored!
She is great with other dogs and older children because she is playful and stocky enough that she could knock a toddler down when she gets excited and jumps up. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body, but she is rambunctious and energetic. Topeka does need some basic training, but she is smart and will catch on fast given the opportunity and a patient, consistent teacher. She is a big dog in a small dog body. We have no clue what she is mixed with, but we do know she is a great dog and has a lot of potential to be an amazing family member.
