My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Diamond is a friendly 5 year old American Bulldog mix. This poor girl was tied to a fence and abandoned when her owners moved and neighbor took her in. They kept her and worked with her but their living situation changed and they had to surrender her to Friendship. Diamond had some obedience training when she was young but may need some refreshing. Diamond knows basic commands and will obey them if you can keep her focused. She is strong and fast. Diamond does best on a GRAIN FREE diet. She loves to run and her favorite game is tug o war. This cuddle bug likes to snuggle on the couch during TV time. She would do best with some additional training and a fenced yard. An active family would be great for her energy level. Diamond was recently adopted and returned. She was returned due to owner losing home. Her owner said Diamond is house trained and doesn't chew on anything in the home. Diamond is a great co-pilot in the car too. She was very sweet in the home. She's a gem! Diamond was in a foster home to get a break from shelter life. She is now back at Friendship ready to find her forever home.

This is what her foster mom had to say about Diamond...She's BACK at Friendship ready to find her forever home!

This is our Foster Dog she is a "Diamond In The Ruff"
She is solid & strong and a bit sassy but her goal is to please everyone and she is a true blue friend and companion. Let me give you some specs on her:
She is housebroken.
She knows and obeys basic commands.
She loves to communicate her feelings w/ vocal expressions and her big brown eyes.
She is a cuddle-bug and will gladly lay beside/on someone.
She will happily test anyone's strength when she plays her favorite game: tug-o-war.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
